Time is a tricky thing to process. Well, it is for me, anyway. Here's a video that logs a bit of my and Ryan's years together so far. It's crazy how quickly it seems that things change.
The music from Inception perfectly fits your movie; sometimes time moves painfully slow, but mostly it goes by way too fast, especially as we watch our children grow. Very poignant. Its so important to cherish the happy moments and not let the hectic pace of life keep you from finding those moments. I wanted to reach out to one-year-old Bears and snatch him up in my arms. Where did that little guy go? It reminds me of a scripture in the B of M (Jacob 7:26) "...the time passed away with us, and also our lives passed away like as it were unto us a dream..." That's a really nice quote. I'm glad that you liked the inception song with it. I absolutely love Hans Zimmer (the composer) and really wanted to use that song for something but was kind of worried that it was a little too...heavy-handed for just showing a bunch of clips with babies. but. I decided to go for it till I blow it. ahhh...I wanted to snatch up 1-year-old Bears too. He's still in the 4-year-old Bears though, right? Somewhere. Blasted time.
